OPEN-FIRE DINING
Fire at the centre of the room.
The proposed restaurant places wood and charcoal cooking in full view, with the parrilla and open kitchen forming the centre of the dining experience.
The menu is intended to focus on premium beef, seafood, vegetables and seasonal produce, with Argentine influence expressed through technique and hospitality rather than theme.
Marina views, covered terraces and connection with the wider Club create a setting intended for member lunches, destination dining, celebrations and evening service.
