BLUE-WATER AND COASTAL COMPETITION
A tournament experience that participants can trust.
ABYC is developing a format for individual and team fishing events with published species categories, scoring rules, safety requirements, evidence standards and a clear process for verification and appeals.
Responsible game-fishing practices, including tag-and-release recognition where appropriate, will be embedded into the event rules. Fisheries requirements, permits, weather procedures and participant safety will be confirmed for each event.
Results will be published only after evidence review and official sign-off, creating a permanent record for competitors, sponsors and the Club.

No fishing competition is currently open. Dates, eligible species, rules, permits, safety requirements and prizes will be published only after formal approval.
